About Me
As a Queer Latina from Texas, I take pride in my work hoping to create a space where all feel welcome. It is important to me that my clients know that I value diversity of all ages, cultures, and traditions.

My higher education began in Indiana at Ball State University where I received my B.A. in Psychology. In an effort to pursue my passion of helping others be the best, most mentally healthy person they can be, I decided to dive into the niche of sport/performance psychology.
Back home in Texas, I attended Texas Tech to pursue my M.S. in Exercise and Sport Science. I had ample opportunity to work with a variety of athletes and performers who struggled with anxiety, motivation, depression, and burnout within their respective activity.

The drive to help individuals working through mental health and performance difficulties lead me to Adler University in Chicago, IL where I obtained my M.A. in Counseling. I gained an abundance of experience with adolescents and adults working through their recovery process of Depression, PTSD, and Anxiety. I also had the privilege of work with gymnasts, cheerleaders, track and field, soccer, basketball, and exercisers at the high school level.

I decided to move back home to Texas where I gathered more experience in working with mood and anxiety disorders as well as disordered eating. I was able to open my private practice and then made yet another move to Denver, Colorado for a new adventure.
I am excited to have the opportunity to support you on this journey!
